Print media services include design options and all phases of file and image preparation for high quality print reproduction. Projects can range from a one page brochure to large manuals or other marketing collateral. The primary focus of a project is often the production of page lay-out and organization of images. The scope of a project can be from start to finish or from a combination of design, master templates for in-house employees, consultation with employees through the production phase, and liaison for vendor activity in the printing process.

Importance of print specification compliance. To achieve a high quality product requires that files provided to a print vendor meet specifications for size, trim, bleed, image resolution, folding, and binding. I have extensive experience with providing these files on a variety of print materials for paper and other printable materials.
Print friendly downloadable document requirements. Providing a web user a print friendly downloadable document that is not an unreasonable size and does not drain the ink jet cartridges when printing, is important. To produce an optimized downloadable file requires knowledge and the correct software.

To create and maintain high quality images, BG Graphics works primarily with Adobe CS5 Suite, which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional (pdf), Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks. BG graphics also supports and uses Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
My goal is to utilize well developed skills in the design, production, typography, image creation or enhancement for the printed piece or pdf conversion of documents for small companies and Technology and Biotech Industries. My extensive experience in the print industry is useful when designing the dual purpose hard copy and downloadable documents.
