• Project management from start to finish. We provide and manage timelines and calendars, keep the project on track, obtain internal approval signatures, act as liaisons among departments and individuals, while keeping you informed of our progress.
• Abstracts. With over 20 years of medical writing experience, we know how to write and/or edit abstracts that get accepted. We will also submit the abstracts to the governing body.

We work directly with the author to edit and write properly styled content that presents your research accurately in a well-designed, appropriate format. We encourage authors to have ownership of their posters. To assist them, we provide a working template in PowerPoint for them to create a preliminary layout and text. Once the working copy is completed to the author’s satisfaction, it is used to obtain internal approval

• Production: When the working poster is approved, the text is imported to Adobe InDesign for maximum size, and precision of layout elements. Graphs, drawings, and other illustrations are created or brought up to our design standards in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. An overall design is created that reflects scientific propriety while incorporating necessary branding elements. Our overall standards of appearance helps ensure that attendees will want to read your poster and interact with you.
• Printing: We proofread each poster and transfer the files to the printer. We perform press checks of each poster to ensure print quality.
• Delivery: We deliver the poster to the author in a carrying tube, or we send it by UPS to the conference hotel. We track the poster all the way to the author’s hands. The project is not complete until the author has the poster, even if that means reprinting at the conference location. We also provide handouts and a PDF file of the poster.

Never tote a poster in a tube again. With a little advance notice we can have your poster printed on an alternative material that you can pack in your carry-on. The quality is comparable to paper posters, and size is not affected. The clients who have tried them say that the convenience far outweighs the small extra cost.
